Dr. Rita Louise is the author of “The Dysfunctional Dance Between the Empath and the Narcissist.” Surviving childhood trauma and a string of dysfunctional relationships led her to look inward and address the connection between our traumas and how to heal to create healthy relationships.  Her book takes and in-depth look at the dynamics between the loving, compassionate, and often selfless empaths and those willing to take from them, the self-serving narcissists, and endeavors to uncover the unconscious patterns that keep them trapped in cycles of abusive, toxic relationships.
